Of course the contrast therapy does wonders for your body, but the added benefits personally were the mental calmness that I had been desperately seeking and have been unable to achieve through different mediums. Renee receives all of her visitors with welcome arms and will coach you through what you might once have thought to be too scary or like something you couldn’t achieve. I’ve witnessed total strangers become each other’s number one cheerleaders, and best friends strengthen their relationships all within’ hours. Whether you’re keen to try it solo, or attend an event, don’t hesitate to book. You might just surprise yourself.
