OUR CANCELLATION POLICY


Social Sessions - 48hrs notice

For cancellations or changes to your booking, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. To make changes to your booking within the cancellation period (more than 48 hours in advance), you can log in to your account and cancel your registration. The payment amount will be credited back to your account immediately so that you can rebook at a time that works better. Cancellations made outside of the cancellation period are non-refundable.

LunHER & Special Events - Non-refundable

In the event that you can not make it , you can gift your registration to a friend granted it is done a minimum of 4 hours before your scheduled session. To complete this, please email us with your friend cc’d and include your friends name & contact so we can send them the details. No exceptions will be made within the 4 hour window before a session as we are unavailable for admin work.

Yutori Acres operates rain or shine. Events will not be cancelled due to bad weather unless there is a risk to our guests' health or safety. We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time. If your event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

OUR UNDERAGE CHILDREN POLICY


For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, all Social Sessions and Special Events are for those aged 18 and above - with the exception of events labeled FAMILY FRIENDLY. For Family friendly events, children 6+ may attend as long as they are directly accompanied by their parent or guardian.

Children 14 and above may join in Private Group bookings as long as they have a guardian complete the waiver.

OUR DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY


We are a sober facility. No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol may participate in thermotherapy at any time, and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are also not permitted on the premises.
