This private group experience of thermotherapy is for you and your cohort (up to 12 total). Your group has private access to the space with your hosts on site to keep the fires going and answer any questions your group may have.

This 3-hour booking offers ample time for 3 rounds of hot|cold|rest and repeat with connection at the forefront. Slow down, together. Enjoy ample time eating snacks, chilling fire-side and enjoying each other’s company.

Please note: All attendees MUST register online, sign online waivers, be over 18 years of age unless accompanied by their guardian (sorry, no one under 14 is permitted to attend), and absolutely no alcohol, smoking, or vaping on site.

As these events require staffing and pre-planning, and likely mean we have turned away other bookings. As such, all private events are non-refundable.

Date changes can be made with a minimum of 48 hours' notice for an admin fee of $50.
