Sauna|Plunge|Chill & repeat family day edition! Bring your kids 🫶🏼

In this 90 minute family session, parents/guardians and kids (ages 10+) will share sweat, laughter, and connection in a relaxed, supportive environment. Designed for bonding and fun, this is a space to sweat a little, smile a lot, and enjoy quality time together.

Enjoy hot tea in the cozy dome or outside by the campfire (weather-dependent).

Bring your bathing suit, towel(s), sandals that can get wet & some cozy clothes to keep you warm on your ride home!

Notes: The sauna will run a little less hot to make this more family focused and fun.

Exchange is $35/adult & $20/child

Use code “FAMILYDAY” for child registration. If you have multiple children coming you may have to do it in two transactions due to booking site limitations!

Included with each session:

• water, herbal tea & electrolytes

• use of felted wool sauna hats

Please note:

All participants must be 10 and above. We are a sober facility - no smoking or vaping allowed on site.

As we are a (very) small business, all bookings are non-refundable but may be credited back to your account with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. By registering for these events you are agreeing to all terms and conditions including cancellation policies.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel these events on short notice due to inclement weather, power outages, and other unforeseeable events.
