Sauna|Plunge|Chill & repeat

In this 120-minute session, you will meet like-minded community members, share some sweat, some laughs, and some support during these social sessions.

Enjoy hot tea in the cozy dome or outside by the campfire (weather-dependent).

Bring your bathing suit, towel(s), sandals that can get wet & some cozy clothes to keep you warm on your ride home!

Exchange is $40 CAD

Included with each session:

• water, herbal tea & electrolytes

• use of felted wool sauna hats

Please note:

All participants must be 18+. We are a sober facility - no smoking or vaping allowed on site.

As we are a (very) small business, all bookings are non-refundable but may be credited back to your account with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. By registering for these events you are agreeing to all terms and conditions including cancellation policies.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel these events on short notice due to inclement weather, power outages, and other unforeseeable events.
