Frequently Asked Questions

Thermotherapy is the art of using heat and cold to heal, restore and recharge your body. By immersing yourself in the sauna, your muscles relax, circulation improves, and toxins can be gently flushed from your system. This also helps to reduce soreness and ease tension. From there, submerging yourself in icy water can invigorate your circulation, reduce inflammation and awaken your senses.
The ultimate reset for your mind and body.

The general flow of a session goes like this:

Guests arrive and gather in the dome to change into suits and settle in. Hosts will then offer a quick 5-minute safety talk, give you an overview of thermotherapy recommendations and answer your questions. From there, you will hop into the sauna for 15 minutes, have quick rinse off in the rain shower before moving into the cold tubs for somewhere between 30 seconds and 3 minutes depending on experience and comfort levels. After the cold plunge is complete, guests can make their way back to the dome for tea and to hang out/rest/relax, or hang out by the fire pit if the weather permits. The session allows for up to 3 full cycles with this flow.

Of course, if you feel like only doing one or two cycles that is totally up to you!
