Events include Full Moon and New Moon circles paired with sauna experiences, where guided reflection, intentional conversation, and nervous system regulation meet the grounding benefits of heat and rest. lunHER also offers closed-circle series - small, consistent groups that meet over a set period of time to cultivate deeper trust, continuity, and sisterhood.
